Our Team

Durand Shoup, PT, DPT

As a physical therapist, I have the privilege of helping athletes and individual succeed in their respected fields.  As a specialist in sports rehabilitation, I understand that an individual's access to physical activity goes beyond just physical health.

I set out to create a community where individuals feel empowered to pursue their personal aspirations, whether that's completing a first 5K, hiking Everest, or performing at a professional level despite the demands of their daily lives. Most importantly, I want to ensure everyone has access to a holistic approach to mental and physical health through a thoughtfully designed exercise program.

What is my field?

I am a husband, entrepreneur, and endurance athlete with a passion for pushing my limits. I’ve participated in a variety of cycling events, from ultra-distance road cycling to technical mountain biking, and I have a background in running, specifically in 5Ks to half marathons. Strength training plays a key role in my regimen, helping me enhance performance and minimize injury risk.

For me, however, exercise is more than just about physical performance. It provides a much-needed pause from the fast pace of life, acting as a mental reset. When I’m consistent with my training and achieving my goals, I’m a better husband, a more focused professional, and a better human overall.
